Luis Elizondo used remote viewing to torture prisoners in Guantanamo Bay for fun. The symptom of the torture? Vibrations. Everything is a probability matrix probability. But I now rate Elizondo as 99% a pure Cabal disinfo operative who is down with the Havana Weapon crew and assigned to tell this bullshit to try and run cover for them and muddy the waters around the Havana weapon. I am not going to give technical specifics as I do not want to help them, but I have seen one thing which causes me to rate the vibrations as 99.99% some kind of technical device. I would also add, there is a woman who interviews victims of Cabal, and one of her guests is the only other case I have seen who experienced the vibrations as a small focused ball, moving through her body. She reported that before the vibrations began, she saw the work crews installing stuff in the woods around her house.
What this means is Elizondo (and maybe the Reddit post itself) are attempting to poison the wells around the Havana Syndrome by making it seem as if one, if you believe in it you must accept it is a bunch of psychics using their minds to torture people with “psychic superpowers,” and two, if you do not believe that, then you must accept the Havana Syndrome is not real, and people who report it must be delusional. Not bad for a psyop, but quite transparent, and not of the caliber they would need to delude us.
So Elizondo is running cover for the people who have been attacking our CIA and State Department people, as well as the FBI Agents of the Miami office of the FBI, and some of our Elite Military SOF who have been hit. He is basically running cover for the insurrectionists in the Conspiracy.
Which begs the question, was he rolled out to try and take control of the various Navy videos like the Gimbal and the GoFast, which were revealed by a competing force looking to take down the conspiracy, or is the entire UFO thing from the start, a set up for Project BlueBeam?
Not surprising. I have said what commands surveillance is associated somehow with some UFOs (disks), and with the Havana Syndrome, as a perpetrator.
