The Daily Telegraph of April 20 2025 carries this headline: ‘Trans NHS patients can access every women-only space in London’.
Exemptions in hospital policies mean patients and staff forced to share bathrooms, changing facilities and hospital wards with trans women.
If all NHS hospitals in London are refusing to comply with single-sex laws to stop transgender people using women-only spaces, presumably the entire boards of each of the London NHS hospital Trusts will be given 18-month sentences for contempt of court, to be served in solitary confinement for their own safety.
