Several illegal aliens were arrested in Davidson County last week on charges that include harassment, assault, vandalism, and DUI.

32-year-old Jose Refugio Avila-Gaurdian was arrested in the early morning hours of Thursday, June 5. He is charged with vandalism of government property

Gaurdian is scheduled to appear in court on June 11.

Also arrested on Thursday, June 5 was 38-year-old Saul Paguada Aguilera Paguada. Paguada was booked into the Downtown Detention Center and charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. He was given a $1500 bond and placed on a 12-hour domestic violence hold.

Paguada is due back in court on June 9.

46-year-old Liliana Gasca Palacio was arrested on Friday, June 6. She was booked into the female Correctional Development Center on charges of harassment causing emotional distress. She was given a $1000 bond.

Palacio is also scheduled to return to court on June 9.

Davidson County inmate records now show that all three of these individuals have an ICE detainer. They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An immigrant hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
