Covid vaccine figures updated after a year – and the death toll is nearly 3,000

WE HAVE waited a whole year for the watchdog Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to update their Yellow Card covid vaccines ‘adverse events’ reporting (it once was monthly) though the booster programmes have rolled on regardless. The first new data since May 2024 has now been published. It takes us to May 13 of this year.

We commissioned our usual analysis, plus a special report on booster-related adverse events. Both make disturbing reading. The summaries below show that despite the government’s constant assurances, a further 218 fatalities have been recorded, bringing total UK covid vaccine fatalities to just under 3,000.

To date, 1 in 108 people injected have reported a ‘Yellow Card Adverse Event’ (assuming one person submits only one report) and 1 in 145 have reported a serious* event.

The latest data shows a further 10,181 people impacted over the last year, giving a new total of people impacted to nearly half a million. See below by vaccine type and manufacturer:

Pfizer/BioNTech-mono 179,271
Pfizer/BioNTech-bivalent 6,413
AstraZeneca 250,356
Moderna-mono 43,787
Moderna-bivalent 6,042
Novavax 275
Unknown brand 3,528
Pfizer/BioNTech BA.4/5 – Spring 23 101
Pfizer/BioNTech XBB – Autumn 23 1,945
Pfizer/BioNTech JN.1 – Autumn 24 317
Moderna BA.4/5 – Spring 23 21
Moderna XBB – Autumn 23 2,687
Moderna JN.1 – Autumn 24 1,015
VidPrevtyn Beta – Spring 23 1,057
TOTAL REPORTS 496,815

Frighteningly, of this number the vast majority (74.5 per cent) have been classified as serious* by the MHRA:

Pfizer/BioNTech-mono 127,090
Pfizer/BioNTech-bivalent 4,980
AstraZeneca 194,172
Moderna-mono 31,686
Moderna-bivalent 4,438
Novavax 161
Unknown brand 2,541
Pfizer/BioNTech BA.4/5 – Spring 23 65
Pfizer/BioNTech XBB – Autumn 23 1,500
Pfizer/BioNTech JN.1 – Autumn 24 230
Moderna BA.4/5 – Spring 23 12
Moderna XBB – Autumn 23 1,946
Moderna JN.1 – Autumn 24 660
VidPrevtyn Beta – Spring 23 656
TOTAL Serious* Reports 370,137

Worryingly, 48,083 (13 per cent) of these serious* reports are classified as people of ‘unknown age’. So we do not know how many children and young people may be among them.

Since some people report more than one type of reaction per report, the total number of reactions is much higher than the number of people who have been reported.

The total number of reactions recorded to date by the MHRA for each of the companies stands as follows:

Pfizer/BioNTech-mono 518,998
Pfizer/BioNTech-bivalent 17,633
AstraZeneca 889,203
Moderna-mono 143,835
Moderna-bivalent 16,597
Novavax 705
Unknown brand 10,571
Pfizer/BioNTech BA.4/5 – Spring 23 414
Pfizer/BioNTech XBB – Autumn 23 5,300
Pfizer/BioNTech JN.1 – Autumn 24 868
Moderna BA.4/5 – Spring 23 48
Moderna XBB – Autumn 23 7,461
Moderna JN.1 – Autumn 24 2,724
VidPrevtyn Beta – Spring 23 2,765
TOTAL Reactions 1,617,122

The last year has seen a further 218 fatalities – or ‘fatal’ reports – bringing the overall total covid vaccine fatalities to 2,925.

Pfizer/BioNTech-mono 934
Pfizer/BioNTech-bivalent 73
AstraZeneca 1,520
Moderna-mono 111
Moderna-bivalent 57

Moderna XBB – Autumn 23 27
Moderna JN.1 – Autumn 24 21
Vidprevtyn Beta – Spring 23 32
TOTAL FATAL REPORTS 2,925

Inexplicably 485 (16.6 per cent) of the above fatalities are recorded as of ‘unknown age’ and at least 197 (6.7 per cent) are of ‘unknown sex’.

Disturbingly, too, overall now 1 in 169 reports are associated with a fatality, which may be less than 10 per cent of actual figures according to MHRA.

Since 2023 booster shotshave been offered only to eligible groups, officially described as vulnerable children and adults in clinical risk groups, including immunosuppressed and chronic health conditions, elderly in care homes and front-line healthcare workers (for some of the seasons).

In the last year 7,413 ‘booster only’ adverse event-related reports were submitted – 50 were for under-20-year-olds and 4,414 for 60 years and older:

Pfizer/BioNTech BA.4/5 – Spring 23 101
Pfizer/BioNTech XBB – Autumn 23 1,945
Pfizer/BioNTech JN.1 – Autumn 24 317
Moderna BA.4/5 – Spring ‘23 21
Moderna XBB – Autumn ‘23 2,687
Moderna JN.1 – Autumn ‘24 1,015
VidPrevtyn Beta – Spring ‘23 1,057
TOTAL BOOSTER RELATED REPORTS 7,143

There were 118 fatal reports:

Pfizer/BioNTech BA.4/5 – Spring 23 7
Pfizer/BioNTech XBB – Autumn 23 20
Pfizer/BioNTech JN.1 – Autumn 24 10
Moderna BA.4/5 – Spring 23 1
Moderna XBB – Autumn 23 27
Moderna JN.1 – Autumn 24 21
VidPrevtyn Beta – Spring 23 32

It is hard to understand why the British government is not following the advice of a number of senior doctors and specialists and withdrawing the covid vaccines altogether.

* The MHRA definition of ‘serious’: patient died, life threatening, hospitalisation, congenital abnormality, persistent or significant disability or capacity, deemed medically significant by MHRA medical dictionary or reporter.

Tomorrow I will be reporting on the equally shocking news, as insult is added to injury, that 88 per cent of people in the UK adversely affected by a Covid vaccine have been denied treatment by the NHS. These are the findings of a survey conducted by the charity, UKCVFamily.
