Davidson County law enforcement officials have added at least three more illegal aliens to the current inmate roster in the last 24 hours.

42-year-old Jorge Armando Sandoval was arrested on June 24. He is charged with aggravated sexual battery. He was booked into the Downtown Detention Center on a $40,000 bond. Sandoval was previously arrested in 2015 for driving without a license, but those charges were dismissed. He is also currently facing charges from an arrest in April of this year for driving on a suspended license.

Police arrested 33-year-old Dayana Alejandra Alvarez Mayora on June 25. Mayora is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl .5 gr or more), possession of a controlled substance (Cocaine 26-299g), vehicle theft, and prostitution. She was booked with a $61,000 bond.

30-year-old Daniel Hernandez Gonzalez was also arrested on June 25 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (Meth .5gr or more). He was booked on a $16,5000 bond.

All three of these individuals are currently listed as not eligible for release due to an ICE detainer. They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An immigrant detainer most likely means these individuals are in the country illegally.
