I sent a copy, with an additional comment, of Graham Wood’s ‘letter to my MP’ published in TCW last Wednesday to my MP, Zöe Franklin (LibDem), and got the following reply:
‘While we welcome emails, letters and calls from Constituents and are happy to help, I respectfully request that if you wish to contact Zöe you moderate the language, comments and tone of your communication. I would draw your attention to our standard of communication policy.
If you would like to rephrase your questions again in line with this policy we would be more than happy to give you a response.’
Pathetic but not surprising.
