This was a mindblowing tweet, and the video it cites mentioned the Western Goals Foundation – which I had heard of as a small private organization tracking left wing groups, set up by a Congressman. I did not know it was basically where they moved Cointelpro after it was shut down in the government, and it was operating hand in hand with everything from local PDs to FBI and CIA, as a private domestic surveillance and intelligence organization, with most of its funding coming from West Germany, . I also had no idea the creation of the DARE program was such a who’s-who of government and elite shitbags:

For some reason, it is not showing up on spectrum analyzers, either because it is out of the detectible range of frequencies of affordable analyzers, or it is being pulsed too fast for the detector to detect it, and for unclear reasons, the typical shielding which would block rf normally is not working as you would expect, as evidenced by the fact there is no site anywhere which will relate a successful case of blocking it.
