DICKSON, TN – State Representative Jody Barrett has officially been named the first and only lawmaker in Tennessee history to receive a 100% perfect score on the 2025 Tennessee Legislative Report Card, earning recognition as one of the most conservative legislators the state has ever seen.
The Tennessee Legislative Report Card doesn’t grade on talk. It grades on action. It tracks who stood for freedom, who fought for families, and who stood up to the establishment.

The Report Card is one of the toughest accountability tools in the country. It grades lawmakers solely on how their votes impact prosperity, liberty, and government overreach. Barrett topped the list.
