The Davidson County Sheriff’s Office arrested an illegal alien earlier this month on charges of sex crimes against a minor.
39-year-old Rodolfo Zuleta was arrested on April 12 for Sexual Battery Without Consent and Solicitation of a Minor – Aggravated Sexual Exploitation, 1 to 25 items.
According to police, Zuleta allegedly sent “a 13-year-old victim inappropriate images on multiple occasions and also touched her inappropriately.”
On April 9, Zuleta was added to the Metro Nashville Police Department’s “Most Wanted” list. This is not his first run-in with law enforcement officials.
His records show that he has had a number of charges dating back to 2008, including lack of driver’s license, DUI, theft, and interference with a 911 call.
Inmate records now show that Zuleta now has an immigrant detainer hold. He will remain in custody of DCSO until he is released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An immigrant detainer means Zuleta is most likely in the country illegally.
