Police in Fort Bend County, Texas, are holding an illegal immigrant wanted for murder in Murfreesboro.
43-year-old Julio Cesar Guerrero-Ramirez was arrested in April by law enforcement officials in Texas and charged with tampering with government records for allegedly falsifying a license plate.
It was found at that time that he had an active warrant for his arrest in Rutherford County.
Guerrero-Ramirez was wanted in Murfreesboro for first degree murder, possession of schedule II drugs, and attempted burn of property/simple possession.
Records indicate that Guerrero-Ramirez now has an ICE hold, meaning he will remain in custody until he is released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
An immigrant hold most likely means he is in this country illegally.
