The Tennessee Conservative Staff –
The weekend brought more arrests of illegal aliens in both Knox and Davidson Counties on charges including domestic assault, DUI, and assault of an officer.

Officers with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Joseily E. Luquez Albarran on Saturday, June 14, for domestic assault with bodily injury. She was booked on a $1000 bond.

On Sunday, June 15, 36-year-old Henry Ricardo Caceres Rodriguez was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and no driver’s license. He was also charged with 3 counts of resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search and 2 counts of felony assault of a law enforcement officer resulting in bodily injury. He was given a bond of $63,500, with a $25,000 bond solely on each of the counts of assault of an officer.

Later that same day, 21-year-old Mynor Pop Pop was arrested for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and no driver’s license. His bond totaled $5000. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 25.

Knox County police also arrested 36-year-old Roberto Pascual on Sunday, June 15 for DUI (first offense). He is scheduled to be arraigned on those charges on Tuesday, June 17.

Inmate records indicate that all four of these individuals now have an ICE hold. They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An immigration detainer most likely means these individuals are in this country illegally.
