The Tennessee Conservative Staff –
June 26 proved to be a busy day as both Davidson and Knox County law enforcement officials made several arrests of illegal aliens on charges ranging from statutory rape to shoplifting.

In Davidson County, two individuals were arrested that day.
21-year-old Tapier M. Esteban was arrested and charged with 7 counts of statutory rape. Each charge carries a $15,000 bond.

21-year-old Marco Steven Perez Lazama was also taken into custody by DCSO and was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

Knox County police added four additional illegal aliens to their inmate roster.
33-year-old Joel Aguilar was arrested that day. He is charged with driving while license was suspended for a DUI charge, driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, and violation of the financial responsibility law.

52-year-old Waldemar Kaminski and 41-year-old Sylwia Kowalska were also arrested on June 26.
Both are charged with three counts of theft of merchandise between $1000 and $2500 and one count of shoplifting.

Finally, 35-year-old Chaunren Lin was arrested on the same day for computer offense under $1000 and money laundering.

All of the mentioned inmates are listed with an ICE hold. They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. An immigration detainer hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
